WebAdmin Support Requests
You can easily address your support request through the WebAdmin interface. These requests are fully authorized in contrast to the requests sent through the online support, so we can immediately recognize the recipient and the service level ordered. That´s the way we try to appreciate your time effort.
Submitted requests can be slightly tracked in the list of requests.
Support request loading
- Sign in to WebAdmin.
- Click on the left side, item “Support Requests”.
- Click on the button "Enter new support request ".
- Fill in the form. Fill in the short description of your request in the subject field. Please, fill your detailed request in the description field.
- Submit by clicking on the button "Submit request".
